What if my child is healthy and hardly ever needs the doctor?
You don't have to wait until something goes wrong to build a relationship with a pediatrician you trust. Your membership gives you ongoing wellness and health optimization, support when questions come up, and a team that already knows your child when you do need us.
How is this different from a traditional pediatric practice?
You don't have to choose between strong pediatric medicine and a more holistic approach. We combine board-certified pediatric expertise with integrative training, longer visits, direct access, and the time to talk through both natural and conventional options with you.
How does this work with insurance?
Middle Path doesn't bill insurance for membership care because insurance doesn't cover the services we provide. Many families keep "catastrophe plan" insurance for care outside the practice, such as specialists, hospital care, imaging, or other covered services. Depending on your plan and eligibility, HSA or FSA funds may also be used for qualified medical expenses, including qualifying direct primary care fees.
What happens when my child gets sick or I have a question?
Reach out to us. Depending on what your child needs, we can help by portal message, phone or virtual visit, or see them in the office; members also have access to after-hours pediatric support when we're closed.

I wanted families to have the best of both worlds—a pediatrician who understands conventional medicine and has the training to offer a more holistic approach. After nearly two decades of caring for children, I've seen how much it matters for parents to have someone they trust in their corner—someone who knows their child and can help quiet some of the noise when everyone seems to be telling them something different.
