Struggling to get your kids off the couch when it’s so hot and humid outside?

Time to think outside the box.

Try adding in one of these activities to stay moving through the summer months:

🏓 Grab some of your kids playmates and head to indoor pickleball court.

🧗 Drop in on a children's or teen's class at a rock climbing studio.

🧘 Take your teens to a new class at the gym or rec center—like yoga, tai chi, or zumba.

🏋 Clear space for an indoor exercise spot and pull up a dance video on YouTube. Dance Away!

❄️ Indoor iceskating for a really cool treat!!

..and of course there is always the pool!

Getting kids and teens moving gives them energy, boosts their mood, improves their sleep, and keeps you them more focused. Take that first step, and you’ll be so happy you did 👟
